We teach our students to approach problems with a designer’s mindset i.e. reexamine problems and test out things in practice not theory. “Entrepreneurship Cell” (E-Cell) of the college helps in promoting this spirit by inviting Successful Entrepreneurs, Industrialists to share their experiences with the students.

The Institute considers that its responsibility to the students is not just to develop their minds but character as well. Thus, we aim to prepare our students for effective participation and responsible citizenship in society. We believe that developing emotional intelligence, spirit of collaboration, conflict management, and empathy are equally important as the brain flourishes more in happiness and positivity. To inculcate the belief of a responsible citizen, various activities on social responsibility are organized such as blood donation drive, daan diwas, cleanliness campaign, plantation drive etc.

To enrich student learning experience, distinct set of activities are planned for the overall personality development of the students. The activities are planned in a phased manner for ensuring quality and ensuring the capability of the students and requirements during different semester without disturbing the academic routine. To ensure that the expectations of first year students are aligned with their experiences from the college, various activities such as motivational talks, personality grooming sessions, poster-making competitions and others are organized. To prepare the students of second year and final year students for the placements and higher studies, pre-placement activities, industrial visits, discussion on contemporary issues, guest lectures, and career counseling sessions are organized.
