Physical Reporting of New Students on 10th & 11 August 2025 after Spot Round-01

Programmes: MBA, BCA, BBA, B.Com., B.Ed.

Reporting Venue: Auditorium of Institute
  1. Upgrataion Fee Rs. 5000: The candidates who have reported at their respective Institution after seat allocation upto Sliding Round, if participating in the Spot Round and if any of the new preferences filled is allocated to them in the Spot Round of Counseling then, the candidate shall be abide to take the new allocated seat, are required to pay Rs. 5000/-

Steps for Physical Reporting

One day prior of Physical Reporting i.e. on 09/August/2025

Step-1:  Make sure that the allotment letter displays "Maharaja Surajmal Institute" as the allotted Institute in round-05.

Step-2:  Make sure that you fulfill all eligibility criteria as per University Admission Brochure A.Y. 2025-2026

Step-3:  Collect all relevant documents, including category/reservation documents (original and two sets of photocopy).  Refer the spot round notification thoroughly for reservation categories. 

Step-4:  Make the online payment of Balance fee one or two-day prior of visiting Institute to avoid long queues at fee payment counter. (select your respective programme/course without word "MQ")

Step-5: Prepare all documents mentioned in the list (original and one set of photocopies).

Step-6: Fill the following google form:

On the day of Physical Reporting i.e. on 10th or 11th August 2025

Step-1: On 10th/11th August 2025, reach auditorium of the Institute between 11:00 AM to 03:30 PM.  Submit a copy of your allotment letter at the designated counter in Auditorium.

Step-2: On your turn, get your fee receipt verified and proceed to admission counter.

Step-3: Submit the documents at the admission counter and complete reporting process.

Step-4: You may leave for the day.
