Reporting of BBA, BCA, B.Com. only candidates  after Spot Round (Only for candidates admitted through University Counselling)

Reporting Venue: Auditorium of Institute (Time: 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM)

Steps for Physical Reporting

One day prior of Physical Reporting i.e. on 10/August/2026

Step-1:  Make the online payment of Balance fee one or two-day prior of visiting Institute to avoid long queues at fee payment counter. (select your respective programme/course without word "MQ")

(After payment, take 3 copies of print out of receipt.)

Step-2: Prepare all documents mentioned in the list (original and one set of photocopies).

Step-3: Fill the following google form:

On the day of Physical Reporting i.e. on 6th or 7th August 2026

Step-1: On 11th August 2026, reach the auditorium of the Institute between 11:00 AM to 05:30 PM.  Submit a copy of your allotment letter at the designated counter in Auditorium. Also verify your seat allotment from dashboard of your login of admission portal.

Step-2: On your turn, get your fee receipt verified and proceed to admission counter.

Step-3: Submit the documents at the admission counter and complete reporting process.

Step-4: You may leave for the day.
